週末19時過ぎに訪問です。狭めの駐車場に車停めて店内へ。ジャズに流れる店内は、奥にカウンターといくつかテーブルがあります。お二人様や子供連れ、グループの方などで8割埋まっています。
美味しい冷たいそば茶飲みながらメニューを見ます。飲みものは少し高めですかね。おつまみになる料理がたくさんあります。
注文してから15分たたないうちに料理出てきました。
いくつか頼みましたが、天ぷらはサクッとあがっていて美味しいです。素材も良いので塩でいただくととても美味しかったです。
辛味大根そばは、麺は細めで角があり美味しいです。つゆも濃くなくて魚の風味が強くなく美味しいです。大根もそこまで辛味はないので、あっさりと食べられました。量は少なめですかね。
浄照窯そばは、乗っているエビはプリプリで美味しいです。真丈のようなものは普通に美味しいですが好き嫌い分かれますかね。そばは、暖かいそばでも柔らかくならずとても美味しいです。
沖縄感はないです。夜でお酒飲んでいる方も多いですが、落ち着いた雰囲気で良いです。お蕎麦も美味しいし、天ぷらもたくさん食べたくなります。日本そば食べたい時には、間違えの無いお店の一つです。オススメです。
