那覇新都心のオフィスとホテルのビルの最上階にあるレストラン。ホテルフロアには、カードが無いとアクセスできないセキュリティですが、ホテルフロアの最上階のレストランには、カード無しでもアクセスできます。ホテルの朝食付きプランで、朝食とランチ２回お邪魔致しました。バフェ方式で、和洋琉から、好きなものをピックアップします。
朝食では、チャンプルー２種、スパゲッティ、サラダ、グルクンの唐揚げなどを頂き、満腹になりました。デザートを物色中に、セルフサービスのソフトクリームを見つけ、初体験します。レバーを戻すのが遅く、多めになったソフトクリームは、別腹に容れました。
ランチ・バフェは、平日１０００円、金・土・日・祝は１２００円。お客様の数に比例するのか、朝食より、品数が少ない感じ。豆腐が4種あるのが良いですが、湯葉は、固まりませんで、頂けませんでした。中身汁のホルモンが好きです。ソフトクリームは、癖になりそうです。
