まずはスープを1口飲むと豚骨魚介で濃厚ながら
さっぱりしていて鶏白湯より食べ易く美味しい♪
角切りチャーシューがたっぷり入っています(*^^*)
麺は極太ストレート麺でつるつる系でスープに良く
絡みます(^O^)
トッピングの味玉は最高の半熟具合‼️
今日は休肝日だったので美味しく頂きました。。
以前来店した時の三代目つけ麺が増えて人気NO.1に
なっていたので日々進化と努力に感服しましたm(_ _)m
