Purchased the following which was marked as the most popular on the ticket machine: ◆Rich pork bone and seafood third generation Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (medium) ¥930 You can choose whether you want the noodles hot or cold. Well, I'll have it cold. There were 5 customers ahead of me. Served in about 8 minutes. The noodles are thick and chewy. They are the most chewy Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) I've had in Okinawa so far♪ The dipping sauce is thick and rich. It's a bit salty so I adjusted the saltiness with the vinegar on the table. In the dipping sauce are thick cut pork slices and crunchy bamboo shoots. I sprinkle the "saba garlic" table seasoning on the noodles. The garlic really hits home♪ It's quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.

つけ汁には黒いマー油が浮いてる♪
中にチャーシューや牛すじが沈んでた。
牛すじはミスジ肉らしい。
麺はコシのある中太麺。
ドロっと濃厚なつけ汁が麺によく絡む♪
途中、さばにんにく、酢、一味、胡椒を加え味変。
ごちそうさまでした。
