軟骨ソーキそばとジューシーのセット ¥723を注文。
軟骨ソーキそばは、塩気が強めながら鰹出汁の風味も豊か。比較的細めな平打ち麺は沖縄そば特有のポソッとした食感ながら硬めに茹でられていて美味。セットのジューシーもパラッと仕上がっていてフードコートにしては比較的レベル高い方だと思います。
