結構わかりずらいところにあります。
首里城から玉陵方面へくだっていくと右手に小さな看板が。
矢印通り坂をくだってつづれおりていくと建物の階段にコレまた小さな看板が。
階段を登っていくとようやく到着です。
12時頃入店でお客さんは3組。
首里の高台で建物の3階なので眺めは良く、海までみわたせます。
オーソドックスっぽい黒糖キャラメルパンケーキとアンバターパンケーキを注文です。
程なくして出てきます。
それぞれ、シュワシュワ系の見た目ですが、フワフワ系のパンケーキです。
シュワシュワのスフレパンケーキが若干苦手なので、自分は嬉しい。
黒糖キャラメルパンケーキは、キャラメルのほろ苦さが良いアクセント。甘味はそんなに強く無いのでパクパク食べられます。
アンバターはバターがちょっと溶けづらいので、もう少し熱で溶かしたバターにしてくれると嬉しいですね。
アンバターのあまじょっぱさがいいんですが、ホイップとアイスも付いてくるので、ちょっと味がバラバラな感じもしますね。
基本点を星3つにしています。
ドリンクセットでもそんなに高く、眺望もいいので首里城観光で歩き疲れたらいい休憩ポイントですね。
