This Pancakes shop is located near Shuri Castle, so you might think, "Eh, here?"
Located on a hill near Shuri Castle, this cafe is truly a hidden gem. Their proud Pancakes are made with buttermilk powder imported from Hokkaido, and are sure to fill you up with anything from sweet |
I visited here around 12:30 on a weekday. The parking lot is located halfway up the hill, so you have to park on top of the restaurant. I walked down the stairs from the parking lot to the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is made of exposed concrete, and there are stylish table seats and sofa seats by the window. The restaurant is on a slight hill, so you can look down on Naha city from the window. There were no other customers there. I sat down, looked at the menu, and ordered an avocado cheese burger. After ordering, I had a drink of water, and the food arrived in about 10 minutes. The burger was on a slightly small bun, and was filled with avocado and other ingredients. You can add as much mustard as you like. The meat was juicy and had a beefy taste, and I thought it was well-balanced overall. Compared to famous restaurants in Nago, the beef flavor was modest and the volume was small, but the size was easy to eat and I thought it was delicious. I think the price is reasonable for this type of burger restaurant. The atmosphere was good, the seats were far apart, and I don't mind the hidden atmosphere of the place being hard to find♪
