ふと沖縄に行こうと思いGWに、なんと30年ぶり2回目の那覇空港に到着しました。昔のことはあまり記憶にないですが、ここから更に南の石垣島に行きました。空港内はDFSギャラリアもあり、ホノルルに到着したような錯覚すら覚えます。早朝便出来たので、お腹が空きました。
到着口から出てみると行列の出来ているお店があります。ちかづいてみると「ぼーたま」さんです。なんのお店か知らなかったのですが、おにぎり屋さんですね。
ちょっと並んでみましたが結構時間がかかります。後から並んだ人は1時間待ちの注文、それから商品の渡しに20分ほどの説明を受けてます。
結局30分待ちで、注文完了。「ポーたま」と「もずくスープ」を注文。店内でいただくことにしました。
平たいご飯の上に、卵焼き、平なポークソーセージを挟んで海苔を巻いただけの食べ物ですが、シンプルながら味わい深い。ソーセージの塩味と卵焼きのまろやかさが巻いたご飯によくあいます。
「もずくスープ」も、出汁が効いて美味い。
いい朝ごはんになりましたが、ちょっと時間がかかりますね！？
