沖縄ではまだ少ない鶏白湯ラーメンが出来て気になっていたので行ってきました。南部はラーメン不毛の地で最近は小禄の鯛だしラーメンが多く、比較的近い場所で探してしました。初訪問なのでメインの濃厚鶏白湯ラーメンに鶏胸肉のチャーシューをトッピング。麺の量はやや少なめだったのでミニ黒チャーハンも頼めばよかったと後悔しました。
味は麺はそこそこのコシがありややツルッとした麺で太さは中くらい。スープは濃厚ですが味の濃さ、旨みはとても美味しいと思いました。チャーシューも美味しく追加してよかったです。１つ難を言えばこれだけスープが濃厚なので麺にもう少しインパクトが欲しい気がします。ただ総合的にはとても満足で近いうちに他も食べてみたいと思いました。
