近くで軽く済ませようとこちらのお店に初訪問。
ひがし食堂にも行ったことがないですが、何のメニューが有名なのかわからないまま、とりあえずNo.1と書かれていた三枚肉そばを注文。
最初から紅しょうがとネギが乗って提供されます。
三枚肉が3枚にかまぼこが2つ
スープはカツオ節と豚のスープで三枚肉の味付けの醤油感が少しスープにもにじみ出てます。
麺も普通で三枚肉は割と硬めで見た目より味が薄い。
重箱に入っていそうな三枚肉ですね。
全体的に普通でしたが、麺のボリュームはあったので近くで何か用があったときにさっと食べるには良さそうです。
No.2のカツカレーでもよかったなと思いました。
