平日21：30ごろに訪問です。この辺りお店が少ない、かつ、遅くまでやっているお店が少ないので、きちんとご飯食べれるお店は貴重です。先客は、10人の団体さん、お一人様、お二人様です。流行ってますね。
広めのテーブルに案内されたタイミングで、今日はチキンが売り切れとの事。お店のメインはチキンと牛肉なので今回はチキン食べたかったのですが、潔く気持ち切り替えて牛肉を選びにかかります。
ミスジステーキとKikuniku ステーキそれぞれ200グラムを注文しました。待っている間に、ステーキ用にソースの作成に入ります。自分は、イエローマスタードにニンニクを入れ、醤油を混ぜたものがステーキの定番ソースになっています。ソースを作って少しでステーキの登場です。ステーキは結構なレア感じです。付け合わせのアスパラガスが嬉しいです。レアですが鉄板の上にある熱そうな鉄に乗せると焼き加減調整出来ます。お肉はスジもなく美味しくいただけました。
お肉メインのお店ですので、ここから徒歩圏内で行けるやっぱ○ステーキもあるので比較してしまいます。ここは、ライス、サラダ、スープは別料金になります。故に、バリューかというと微妙です。ただ、古島駅近くで食事するなら清潔感あるし店内も明るお店はここくらいなので貴重です。
美味しいので、もう少し流行っても良さそうです。
