沖縄土産にいただきました。
可愛い鳥の形のサブレだなぁ、程度で何気なく頬張ったら、めっちゃ美味しい！
どこの？とすぐに検索。
「オハコルテ」さん。
レモンケーキやタルト、サブレが有名なんですね。
こちらはメイプルとショコラのサブレの詰め合わせ。
あまりメイプルという感じはしませんが、芳醇なバターとアーモンドの香りがすごいです。
ザクザクとした食感も楽しい。
ショコラも香ばしくていいですね～♪
とってもコーヒーに合います。
結構大きいので満足感もあります。
紅茶にも勿論合うでしょうね。
いい意味で沖縄っぽくない、洗練されたお味です。
日持ちもして持ち歩きやすく、お土産におすすめ(^-^)
