ヒラミーレモンケーキ。
沖縄のフルーツタルト専門店「オハコルテ」の商品です。
「ヒラミレモン」とはシークヮーサーの事。
「ヒラミー」では無く、「ヒラミ」なんですね。
沖縄の太陽の恵みで育ったシークヮーサーを丸ごと絞り、
ふんわりしっとり焼き上げたレモンケーキだそうです。
早速、家族で頂きました。
シークヮーサーの爽やかな酸味は良いのですが、
ちょっと甘過ぎじゃないでしょうか。
「しっとり」との触れ込みでしたが、
口の中の水分を奪われるかの様にパッサパサ。
妻は「この手のお土産としては上出来」と言いますが、
私は沖縄に行っても買わないでしょうね。
