那覇空港をウロウロして見つけたドトール。
お店は空港の一番端の手続きカウンターの真上にヒッソリありました。
注文は和栗のモンブランとアイスコーヒーのケーキセット(703円)で。
モンブランはネットリ食感のマロンクリームで栗感濃厚。
生クリームの上品な甘みとマロンクリームの濃厚な栗感で美味しいです。
メレンゲのサクサク加減もネットリのマロンクリームとコントラストも良く美味しいですね。
マロンクリーム、生クリーム、メレンゲというシンプル構造なのにここまでの栗感というのはヤッパリ、ドトールの本領発揮という感じです。
コレで今シーズンはドトール系列ブランドのモンブランを全制覇です。
その中でもこのモンブランは上位かと。
