沖縄についてそばだろということで、鯛そば？みたいなのがあるお店に来ました。時間は12時前。まだお客さんはいなくてすぐに入れました。
住宅の２階にあります。入ると店ですが、とてもいい感じです。小さな子供がいても座敷もあり子供用の椅子やおもちゃがあり受け入れ態勢抜群。
店に入り券売機でチケット購入します。鯛のメニューはコロナでなく、普通のそばの定食にしました。
ソーキと蕎麦とご飯がついてます。
まずはそばの出汁から。あっさりして美味しいですね。麺もちゅるちゅるして美味しい。ソーキと紅しょうが投入。全体的に味付けは濃くないです。
紅しょうがも邪魔にならない。
僕はコーレーグースが好きなので、コーレーグースをもらって入れました。自家製かと思い聞いたら市販品とのこと。笑 美味しかった。
今度は鯛のメニュー食べたいな。
