2020年11月におもろまちにオープンした「らぁ麺王門」に行ってきました。こちら、麻辣牛肉拉麵が看板メニューの中国料理のお店という感じのようです。
「らぁ麺王門」という名前ですが、ラーメン以外のメニューもいろいろあって、ランチよりはディナータイムに来た方が楽しめそうな気も…
ランチタイムにはオトクなセットもありました。ラーメン系が少なかったり、麻婆豆腐ではなく麻辣豆腐だったり、やはりここはラーメンよりは中国料理推しなのかな、と。
が、しかし、今回いただいたのは…
麻辣牛肉拉麵（980円）
麻辣牛肉拉麵です。検索すると中国というよりは台湾の方が有名なメニューなのでしょうか。
着丼すると、スパイスのいい香りが漂いました。麺はクセの無い中太麺で、食べやすいです。
メインの具材は牛肉（牛すじ？）で、程よく味付けされていて柔らかく美味しいです。スープの辛さはなかなかで痺れるまではいきませんが、バランスの取れた麻辣具合です。
