那覇市真嘉比にある地元で人気のラーメン屋さん。
お昼は行列必須です。
駐車場がお店の後ろに5台分ありますが、いっぱいのことも多々あるようです。近くのお店の駐車場に停めてトラブルになることもあるようで、な列に並んでいる時も確認されてました。
コシのある中太ストレート麺に、香り高い醤油味のスープです。
トッピングはロースと肩ロースのチャーシュー、穂先メンマ、味付き卵。穂先メンマは柔らかく、食感の違う2種類のチャーシューも楽しめます。味付け卵は硬めの半熟で好みの硬さでした。
