またまた面白いお店に初来店しました。知らなかったら絶対入らないであろうお店です。夜は居酒屋、お昼に沖縄そばを出しています。期間によって、色々なチャレンジングなメニューを提供しているようですね。

今回はスタンダード寄りな塩そばではなく、肉骨茶そばをオーダーしました。バクテーはシンガポールのソウルフードですね。それを沖縄そばとマリアージュ．

塩味とニンニクチップのガツンとパンチの効いたスープは他では無いものです。そしてソーキがちゃんと美味い！麺も製麺所からのもので、変に気を衒わずに好感度アップでした。
