I didn't have high expectations for crab dishes in Okinawa, but I was disappointed. Since it was my first time, I chose the Echizen course, and the quality was high from beginning to end, both in taste and appearance. The seasoning didn't interfere with the deliciousness of the crab, and everything was good whether it was sashimi, grilled, fried, or shabu. The store had a calm atmosphere and the customer service was polite and nice.
