When I went to the store I was looking for, it was closed on irregular holidays, so I decided to go to this store, which I had been interested in for a while. My mouth was filled with yakiniku, but all the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) bowls in the ticket vending machine had a ❌ mark on them. Cow tongue is like a melon, so there are two choices: Cow tongue Ramen or Cow tongue. As a Gin Shari lifer, my only choice at this point was Cow tongue, but after thinking that it might be a curry unique to Okinawa, I ordered Cow tongue. The rice has a firm texture with a little less water. The roux has a fruity and sweet taste, with the spice coming later, and the more you eat it, the more the spice becomes stronger. Personally, I liked it. Considering the price of 980 yen Cow tongue, it's a reasonable price, but if I had to complain, I would have paid more for the tongue topping, or for the regular curry. I hope this helps. Will visit again later in the evening for Yakiniku (Grilled meat)!
