平日21時頃訪問です。この時間なのでお客さんは数組です。席に座りメニュー見てカルビ、ネギタン塩、キムチ、野菜などを頼みました。
注文したものはすぐに到着し、焼き始めました。
キムチは辛さ控えめです。甘さもありますが、出汁のような深みがありますね。
ネギタン塩は薄めのお肉でネギたっぷりのせることできます。タン塩の味は普通ですかね。カルビは切り方小さめで脂は少なめでした。ロースは少し肉肉しい味で普通に美味しい味でした。ごはんの炊き方はやや硬めなのでタレ乗せして食べられる好きな炊き方でした。
昔はめっちゃ混んでいたのでガヤガヤのイメージでしたが、空いていたのでゆっくり食事できました。味は昔と少し変わったのかなぁ？普通に美味しい味でした。お値段は焼肉屋さんとしては高くないのがいいですね。名護市内には我那覇系で綺麗めのお店もあるのですが、ここの「お肉屋さんが焼肉を始めました」の雰囲気は嫌いじゃないです。
