週末の飲みニストは、沖縄にて。。。
沖縄２日目は、名護のスーパーホテルに宿泊。
夕食は、ホテル近くの居酒屋「たけちゃん」へやってきました。
まずは、自家製カーブチシークワーサワーで乾杯！！
あてには、
・枝豆
・紅いもチーズ揚げ
・豆腐チャンプルー
・エビマヨ
・ニラ玉モヤシ炒め
をいただいます。
追加のお酒は、泡盛の「残白」を２合いただいて、
ほどよく酔っぱらいました。
料理はどれも美味しかったですが、
無いメニューが多く、提供時間が遅いのが難でした。
