2018.4.25 The day after Miyakojima, I went on a business trip to Ishigakijima (posted without photos). After that, we returned to the main island again, this time heading towards the northern part of the island. For lunch, we visited Matayoshi Tourist Farm Restaurants in Nago. Our store is operated by Matayoshi Farm Co., Ltd. As the name suggests, the main business is an agricultural production corporation. In addition to producing a wide variety of products such as Japanese black beef, Agu pork, goats, vegetables, and fruits at our own farm, we also operate Restaurants, which is what we call a 6th industry. One of our specialties is goat dishes, so we ordered some to try. This was the songwriter. Since it was produced in-house, I expected it to be fresh and less addictive, but it had a strong animal feel and knocked me out. However, in front of my Okinawan colleagues, I commented to them that it was delicious, but managed to overcome it with mugwort and ginger to eliminate the odor, and finished the meal. Personally, the goat soup wasn't a hit with me, but I think it's a good Restaurants where you can enjoy ingredients from their own farm. If you're not confident in eating goat, feel free to try the Kuroge Wagyu beef or Agu pork menu.
