【２０２１年１１月２０日 初訪問】
このお店の訪問は長年の課題でした。２０２１年はピザ部門の百名店にも選出されておりますが
かなりの老舗で、観光ガイドブックには必ず掲載されている有名なお店です。
場所が本部町の山の上にあり、ロケーションは絶景なのですが
農道のような狭い道を通るので、不安になります。
到着すると駐車場に車がたくさん停めてあり、待ち時間も５０分でした。
ただ、場所が高台にあるので庭からの眺めが素晴らしく、待っているのは苦ではありません。
地元のお客さんが多いのも特徴です。アメリカ人の方も家族で並んでおりました。
このお店のピザはなんと１種類だけです。
常連さんは、チーズだけとかいう注文をされていたりしました。
小は２人前、大は４人前 このお店には一人で食事するのはかなり辛いです。
サラダも量的には４人前近くあります。
地元産のアセロラドリンクやマンゴージュースが美味しいです。
ピザも評判になるだけのことはあります。チーズがとても美味しいです。
テイクアウトをされる方も多いです。
きっとご家族でホテルで食事をするには適しているかもしれません。
古い沖縄の古民家を改装した店内はとても風通しが良く、いい気が流れております。
このお店は、これからも繁盛し続けることだと思います。
待ち時間は１時間は覚悟しても訪問する価値があるお店だと思います。
