返還50周年の沖縄への夫婦旅行でホテルマハイナウエルネスリゾート沖縄に3泊しました。
初日の夕食は、宿泊プランに付いているホテルのビュッフェレストランで飲み放題付ディナービュッフェをいただきました。
一般客だと3960円税込だそうです。
沖縄料理を含めて品揃えが豊富です。
都度目の前で揚げてくれる白身魚の天ぷらとゴーヤの天ぷらが嬉しいです。
自分好みに仕上げる豚しゃぶも、都度出来立てをいただけるので熱々で美味しいです。
泡が細かくマイルドに仕上げるサーバーを使った生のオリオンビールと、自分好みに割っていただく泡盛を交互に飲みながら、ほぼ一通りの料理を堪能しました。
締めにピッタリな沖縄そばは三角屋製麺所と記されていて、ランチに食べた那覇のそば処きくやとはまた違った細めの沖縄そばと出汁の効いたつゆで、専門店に負けてないのでは？と思うほど美味しかったです。
また来ます。
