久しぶりにバスツアーで海洋博公園にやってきました
水族館を見た後にやってきました
今回の目的は「タコライス」(700円)です
代金を支払い、調理を待って料理を受け取りました
セルフの水を追加して外にあるベンチで頂きました
まずはそのまま
あれ？
とろけるチーズが入ってますね
角切りやスライスされたプロセスチーズが入っていることが多いと思っていたので意外でした
やはりホットソースを掛けた方がタコライスらしいと思いました
すると
あれ？
このソースは何故か埼玉で作っているんだ
なぜ？
と考えても答えが分かるはずもなく、口に運び頂きました
あ～これこれ
レタスのシャキシャキの食感
トマトの酸味と甘みとホットソースの辛み
タコミートの旨味とチーズの味
これこそタコライスの味ですね
でも空調の無いベンチは暑いです
