幻の黒豚今帰仁アグーの古里ここ今帰仁で、今帰仁アグーのすべてをお楽しみ頂ける料理屋として、2008年７月に開店いたしました。自然に囲まれたこの今帰仁の地で今帰仁アグーそして地元の野菜を中心に化学調味料、添加物等を一切使わないこだわりの料理でおもてなしいたします。 |
数年前に一度来て以来2度目の来店。今回も豚しゃぶをいただきましたが、やはり美味い。臭みやケモノ臭は全くなく、どれだけでも食べれてしまう。ただ、どんどん食べれてしまうので、お値段的にはそこそこになってしまいますが、せっかく沖縄に来たからにはオススメです。シメの沖縄そば、豚ダシが効きまくって最高。
