今帰仁アグーの専門店「長堂屋」
幻の黒豚今帰仁アグーの古里ここ今帰仁で、今帰仁アグーのすべてをお楽しみ頂ける料理屋として、2008年７月に開店いたしました。自然に囲まれたこの今帰仁の地で今帰仁アグーそして地元の野菜を中心に化学調味料、添加物等を一切使わないこだわりの料理でおもてなしいたします。 |
地元の人に沖縄郷土料理が食べたくて聞いてみたところ今帰仁アグー豚専門店が美味しいよと教えてもらいました。希少部位が食べれるということでいきました。道中ネットで検索して店のホームページ見てしゃぶしゃぶや、炭火で食べたり沖縄料理があったのでここに決めて向かいました。店内は非常に落ち着いていて沖縄民謡が流れていました。私たちは炭火で希少部位を全部選んで食べました。あとは地元の食材を使った小鉢をたべました。柔らかく油が乗った肉は絶品でした。油もくどくなくペロッと食べれました。とても美味しかった。
