テビチの盛がすごいと訪問しました。
テビチとは豚の腕の骨付き肉で沖縄ではポピュラーな食べ物
昭和チックの食堂のような店内。
テーブル席に座って注文したのが
・てびちそば（大） ８５０円
・てびちそば（小） ７００円
大は大ぶりなテビチが４個、小は大ぶりなテビチが２個入っています。
麺の量は大は小の１．５倍程度かな？
どちらも茹でたレタスが添えてあります。
スープは鰹ベースの醤油味で優しい味。
麺は平打ちストレートでモチモチ。
プルップルに煮込まれたテビチはトロトロで嬉しいけど、少し味付けが薄めなのが残念。
途中、紅生姜をもらって味変しました。
大盛りは骨の残骸が小皿に山盛りになるので、食べた感があります。
コラーゲンを沢山とりたい人にオススメです！
