今帰仁村城跡地の入り口にあるサトウキビジュースの茶屋。
世界遺産の入口にふさわしいような古めかしい建物です。
お店の前にはサトウキビジュースを絞った後のカスが積みあがってました。
店の中にはサトウキビを煮込む大きな鍋があり、ぐつぐつ煮込んで出た原液「さーたーゆー」の販売もしています。
お湯で10倍ぐらいに割って生姜を入れると美味しくて体も温まり、健康にも良いそうです。
1本2～300mlぐらいだと思いますけど、1000円で販売してました。
試飲させてもらいましたけど、凄くおいしくてなんか体に良さそうでした。
こちらでは搾りたてのサトウキビジュース300円とシークヮーサー入り400円の販売もあります。
ここに来る前に琉球村で500円のサトウキビジュースを飲んでいたので、シークヮーサー入りを注文しました。
シークヮーサーが少し入るだけでサトウキビのクセみたいなのが無くなって物凄く美味い飲物になります。
沖縄来たらぜひ寄りたいお店の一つですね。
