2017年06月16日SOYSOYCAFEお友達が営むスイーツショップが、ランチを始めたということで、さっそく職場のメンバーで行ってきました
お店の名前は「SOYSOYCAFE」
本部町で３代50年以上続く老舗「山城とうふ店」直営のお店です
以前から町営市場の中にも店舗がありましたが、こちらが2号店で本店ということだそうです
豆腐屋さんのランチということは…
やっぱり「ゆし豆腐」でしょ～♪
しかし、いわゆる食堂系のゆし豆腐と違うのは、見た目にも楽しめる品数の多さ
豆腐ハンバーグから、大豆のサラダ、ゴーヤーちゃんぷるーにおからのサラダまで豆腐尽くし
そして、デザートにも豆乳が使われているこだわり様
もちろん、工場直送のゆし豆腐は、抜群の美味しさ♪
カフェランチということで、ボリュームを心配していましたが、私でも腹八分目、女性なら満腹になる方も多いと思います
食後は、オリジナル焙煎のコーヒーを飲みながら、オシャレな店内でゆっくりとくつろぐ贅沢タイム…
この暖かみのある内装、家族やお友達の手作りというのにもビックリです
もちろん、お土産に豆乳マフィンやおからを使ったスイーツなど（お豆腐も）を購入することもできます
ここまで豆腐を味わい尽くして、価格が1,000円というのはコストパフォーマンス的にも大満足のランチタイム
また、ちょくちょく立ち寄りたいと思います
