They call themselves a "soy milk muffin specialty store." The main ingredients of their muffins are: ・Homemade soy milk and okara ・Wheat from Hokkaido ・Hokkaido beet sugar ・Okinawa brown sugar ・Yanbaru eggs ・Domestic butter ・Baking powder (aluminum-free) No preservatives added ☝ As they call themselves a specialty store, they have a wide variety of muffins. I couldn't help but look around at the various muffins lined up on the counter. I was in a quandary, but I just went for four. I can't remember the exact names, but they were vegan, apple cinnamon, matcha, and chocolate-like. I was so excited that I couldn't wait until I got home, so I ate them before I got home ♪ First up is the vegan muffin. It's the simplest of the muffins in the store, without any eggs or dairy products. Yes, it's moist and delicious ♪ Even though it's vegan, I didn't feel like I was missing anything. If this simplicity can satisfy me this much, then the muffins filled with nuts, cream cheese, and dried fruit must be delicious☝ However, the mini-sized matcha muffin I bought was a bit dry, probably because of its size. The muffins filled with fillings cost around 400 yen each, which for me is a bit of a luxury price for everyday use. But still, I'm very satisfied♡ I found some items that would make great souvenirs♪ In addition to muffins, they also sell miscellaneous goods. Also, it seems that you can enjoy yushi tofu and other tofu-based dishes in the eat-in space. I'd like to visit for lunch next time! Thank you for the meal☆
