I ordered soki soba and juushi. The soba noodles are firm and the broth is light and refreshing, with a concentrated umami flavor. The island pepper had a very strong alcoholic taste. (Is that normal?) The sushi was filled with lots of ingredients and was very delicious. The atmosphere is natural!!! It's the best.
