Speaking of Okinawan brand meat, what can I say is Agu pork! So this is a specialty store of Agu pork in Motobu Town, Okinawa Prefecture. This time I had (^^) dinner with my children By the way, there is an affiliated restaurant called "Milky Way Cafeterias Teigara" in the same building, but it's a different restaurant, so don't make a mistake! I have the impression that the entrance is a little difficult to enter, but there are many family customers inside, and it has a cozy atmosphere. Since it is an Agu pork, the price is quite high, but it was not so expensive and the taste was very satisfying. First of all, the parking lot is lined up across the road. So, to put it simply, the menu here is Yakiniku (Grilled meat), shabu shabu, Sukiyaki and Other Okinawan Cuisine of pork and so on. Agu pork is the main character, but you can also order dishes from the above affiliated restaurants, so there is a wide selection of Okinawan Cuisine. This time we ordered 2 servings of shabu shabu of Agu pork, and we also ordered a few other Okinawan Cuisine. This is the correct answer, and I think that the best way to enjoy Agu pork is the simple shabu shabu. There are about 20 pieces of meat in this set, three types of loin, shoulder loin, and short ribs. Agu pork has a rich flavor and sweetness in fat, and I was surprised that the taste was so different from ordinary pork! The soup is bonito soup or something, but when the meat is boiled, it turns into an exquisite meat broth soup, and it is full of agu's flavor. Other than meat, tofu and Chinese cabbage are common, but bitter gourd and Okinawan noodles are unique. Since there were four of us, we added a little bit of meat, but if we add 〆 to this set for two, I think that's enough to fill us up. And first of all, Okinawa Soba. The noodles are thicker and more frizzy than other restaurants, and they are chewy and delicious. Then there is the porridge set, which is full of vegetables. Even if you add red salt if you like. Both of them are really delicious because the soup is a good broth. Also, this time, other than shabu shabu, I had Okinawa's famous heja (goat meat). It is slightly muscular and has a unique taste that is different from sheep and cows. It seems that goats have a strong smell, but I don't mind that they are grilled with Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) flavor. Also, Yanbaru chicken sashimi. It had a bland taste that seemed to be mune, and it was delicious with no smell at all. Also, I can't write about the drinks, so I won't go into them, but I think the assortment of Okinawan-like sake such as awamori's sampin chawari was good. Well, anyway, I was able to fully enjoy the flavor of Agu pork (^q^) Thank you for the feast.
