車を走らせていると、そばの看板。
左折すると、そば屋がありました。
駐車場は、ほぼ満車。
全くのノーマーク店でしたが、混んでるようです。
瓦そばが、メニューの先頭にありますが、回りを見ると、瓦そばを頼んでいる人がいないので、ソーキそばを注文。
スープは、豚骨タイプの沖縄そば。
滋味深いコクがあります。
ソーキは、肉の食感がありながら、ホロホロと柔らかい絶品。
麺は、ツルツルとコシのある麺。
随所にこだわりを感じる美味しい沖縄そばでした。
