古宇利島の絶景ホテル のメインダイニング
古宇利島の高台にできたワンスイートザグランドのレストラン
眺めはすばらしく、お部屋の設備もいいし、スタッフの対応もよかった
今回宿泊したのが、レストランと同じ階にある1番広い部屋、ベッドルームが2部屋ついていて、テラスに広い露天風呂がありジャグジーもついていた
冷蔵庫の飲み屋はオールフリーで、ビール、カクテル、
ジュース、お茶、飲みきれなければ持って帰ってくださいとのこと
西麻布のLa BOMBANCEが出店しているらしい
ホームページをみると、東京のいろいろな有名店とのコラボ企画も多いようです
沖縄創作料理とのことで、こちらのホテルのダイニングでいただくことにした
メニューはなぞなぞみたいになっている

国産牛から＋3000円で沖縄ブランド牛のもとぶ牛のローストに変更しました
マデラソースでいただきました
飲み物はペアリングしていただきました
ぐるくんサトウキビ土鍋ごはん
そのままと出汁茶漬けでもいただきます
余ったご飯はおむすびにしていただき夜食に
デザート
正直なところ、あまりリゾートホテルの食事なので期待していなかったのですが、美味しくいただくことができました
数日前に予約すると、ランクアップのシェフズテーブルでの食事も楽しめるようです
ご馳走様でした
私達はこちらに泊まりましたが、食事だけの利用もできるようです
機会があるばまた訪れたいと思います
こちらのホテル からの夕日の景色は最高です

プールや海を見ながらいただく朝食
和食と洋食をひとつずつ頼みました
フレッシュオレンジを機械に入れてセルフで入れて飲むジュースがありました
オレンジジュースはフレッシュに限りますね
洋食はサラダ、オムレツ、ベーコンハム、ソーセージ、ポテトフライ、ヨーグルト、パン、フルーツ、コーヒー
和食はラフテー、サーモンの刺身、小鉢、だし巻き、たらの西京漬、味噌汁、ご飯、出汁茶漬け、フルーツ、

洋食はサラダ、オムレツが美味しかったです。トマトソースが手作りでよかったです
和食は、タラの西京漬とだし巻き、出汁茶漬けがよかったです
ご飯は小さな釜みたいなものに入って炊き立てがたべられます。
