フクギ並木入口にあるお店。
沖縄に何店舗かある。
玉子焼きのお店というべきなのだろうか？
名物は厚焼き玉子だが、厚焼き玉子をスパムと一緒にパンやおにぎりの具材にするのが名物だ。
ちょうどご飯時だったので訪問した。
まずオーダー。
電子化されており、タッチパネルでオーダーするのだ。
今回は
厚焼きポーク玉子おにぎり
厚焼きポーク玉子サンド
をオーダーした。
中で調理が始まる。
数分で提供されたので、イートインスペースで頂く。
〇厚焼きポーク玉子おにぎり（350円）
海苔の香りがよく、具材とよく合う。
ご飯もあるので食べごたえあり。
スパムがいい味出している。
〇厚焼きポーク玉子サンド（400円）
分厚い玉子焼きとスパムにオーロラソースとマスタードミックスをかけて
薄切り食パンでサンドしたもの。
オーロラソースは旨みがある。
スパムは旨味と塩気。
玉子は案外薄味。
パンはサクッとしていてガーリックトーストになっている。
なかなか美味しくボリューミー。
ただ食べにくい。
厚焼き玉子の分厚さが素晴らしい。
一方で、スパムも厚切り、パンも厚切りなので特にトーストは食べづらい。
オーロラソースが外にまでたっぷりぬってあるので手が絶対汚れるかな＾＾
美味しいけどもう少し食べやすいといいなぁ。
