土曜日の午後から名護で仕事だったので、ランチは森の巣箱さんへ寄ってみました。
今帰仁村の山の中にありますが、ナビでたどり着けます。
途中の山道は、シャコタン（死語？）だと擦りそうでした。
若い男性がおひとりやってました。
聞くと、先代が15年ほどかけて山を開いてオープンしたお店を
引き継ぎ、リニューアルして今年の夏 再オープンしたのだそうです。
席はテラスに カウンター席が5席 テーブル席4人掛け×2
中に カウンター席が4席 テーブル席3人掛け、4人掛けが1つずつ。
ランチは2種類。プレートと黒パンサンドです。
プレートにしました。
フムスと7種の副菜をオーツ麦の生地で 税込 1500円
金川紅茶 550円 を注文。
店主さん お手製の生地に フムスなどの具材を包んでいただくのですが、
この生地がベリーグッド！
ホットケーキみたいな風味ですが、極薄でしっとりやわらかくて美味でした。

味変は 4種類あるので全く食べ飽きません。

オイルの風味がとてもよく感じられました。
11月でもまだ蚊とか いましたが、
ザ・やんばる！！って感じのカフェに出会えてラッキーでした。
