沖縄本島北部でダイビングしており、食事に知り合いに教えて頂いた『車海老食堂 たまや 今帰仁店』にお邪魔しました。
車海老養殖業者が飲食店をしており、車海老がメインでした。
サイズ（中、大物、ゴジラ）や食べ方（刺身、天ぷら、フライ、塩焼き、素揚げ）から選べて2本づつ10本頂きました
肝心の味は養殖直送のため新鮮で甘みがあって美味しかったです。
