沖縄市高原、メイン通りから少し入ったところにある居酒屋。
外観からして少し高級な感じがして、1人で入りづらそうだったので、なかなか行けなかったところ。
1人飲みできるところを探していて近くまで来たので、意を決して1人で入ってみました。
外観は、”和”をイメージしていて、洗練された高級感を感じます。
店内に入っても印象は同じで、黒を基調とした中に彩色がワンポイントに入っていて、和風のシャレた空間。
席は基本、個室（半個室？）になっていて、薄暗く落ち着きのある大人の雰囲気です。
メニューを見ると、一般的な居酒屋ではあまり見ないような創作料理が揃っている。
また一見、普通の居酒屋一品料理的な名前でも、ひと工夫施されているような感じです。
とりあえず「ビール」と、まず「地鶏ささみ山芋短冊山葵そーす」（630円）を注文しました。
文字通り、「山芋」の短冊が”地鶏”の「ささみ」で巻かれたものが出てきました。
量的には1人で食べるのではなく、大人数向けの量。
仕上げで”山葵そーす”がかけられているのですが、全体的な味のバランスが絶妙。
また、「人参」「キュウリ」に飾り包丁が入っていて、見ためにも美味しく、職人の技術を見せつけられます。
最後の〆で頼んだのが、「お花が本気でつくったうまかっちゃん」（500円）。
普通の”うまかっちゃん”に「煮卵」「チャーシュー」がのっています。
少しニンニクを効かせて、〆の「ラーメン」としてもいい感じに！
”麺”がゆるめに茹でられているので、”博多系豚骨”は低加水麺というイメージのある人には受け入れられないかもしれませんが、確かに”うまかっちゃん”の味を最大限に引き出した「ラーメン」でした。
この2品だけでも料理のレベルの高さを感じられたので、他のも絶対うまいはず！
料理は大人数向けの量だし、雰囲気がいいので合コンとかで利用できそう（＾ｖ＾）
そこで、この繊細な料理が出てくるとテンションが上がるんじゃないでしょうか。
また行って、他の料理も食べてみたくなりました。
