If you enter from the corridor next to it, you will find a slightly darker and more relaxed atmosphere inside. There are counter seats, semi-private table seats, and tatami mat seats, with a total of about 50 seats. It is a popular restaurant, so it is generally noisy, but there are not many young people, so you can eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere. As I mentioned at the beginning, the menu has several types of Hiroshima-yaki and a wide variety of Teppan-yaki dishes. On this day, I decided to try Hiroshima-yaki for the first time in a while, so I ordered the most popular "red hermet" (1,000 yen excluding tax) and "spicy horumon Teppan-yaki" (880 yen excluding tax). The first thing that came out was Hiroshima-yaki. It looked very simple. It had a fluffy egg and a chewy dough. The generous serving of soba noodles is accented with pork and squid tempura. I realized once again that squid tempura is an essential part of Hiroshima-yaki. The spicy horumon consists of spicy horumon, vegetables, and egg. The moderately fatty horumon's spicy flavor goes well with alcohol, and I finished it all in one go. This is a restaurant I can recommend whether you want to eat Hiroshima-yaki or just go out for a drink. There aren't many restaurants in the central part of the main island that offer a good atmosphere, so I'm really grateful that it's close to my house (^.^)

In the past, it was like a Teppan-yaki restaurant where adults can enjoy themselves slowly with alcohol, but I feel that the number of simple dishes that are more common has increased. On this day, I ordered "Hiroshima-yaki", "Chan-chan-yaki", "standard fried oysters" and other items at random. I've forgotten the type of "Hiroshima-yaki", but the chewiness of the dough and the balance with the sauce are good, After all, "Hiroshima-yaki" is one of the most delicious in Okinawa. (There are fewer restaurant serving "Hiroshima-yaki" in Okinawa^-^;) I think that "chan-chan-yaki" was probably a "hormone mix", but it is not the so-called "chan-chan-yaki" of Hokkaido, but the so-called "Teppan-yaki". It was a taste that went well with alcohol, and it was a taste that "beer" went forward with ~ta~. Maybe it's the influence of the new coronavirus, but ( ́・ω・') it's an era where we can't survive without various changes. However, the deliciousness of "Hiroshima-yaki" remains the same. Of course, there are several types of Hiroshima-yaki on the menu, but they also have a selection of a la carte dishes, so it's easy to use for drinking. Since there were two of us on this day, we each ordered and shared. From the "Okonomiyaki" menu, we ordered the "Akaheru Standard" (780 yen) and "Yasaiyaki" (780 yen). From the "a la carte" menu, we ordered the "Seseri-yaki". The "Akaheru Standard" is a typical "Hiroshima-yaki". You can enjoy the contrast between the thin but chewy "batter" and the layers of "fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)" and "cabbage" ♪ The "vegetable grill" does not contain "soba" and is closer to regular "Okonomiyaki". However, it does not have the miscellaneous feel of the "Kansai style" Okonomiyaki and has a strong sense of health. The "Hiroshima-yaki" prepared by the young manager is always consistently delicious. The "a la carte" dishes are also delicious, and I hope it becomes more popular. I think this is a restaurant that you can choose not only when you want to eat "Hiroshima-yaki", but also when you want to eat regular "Okonomiyaki" or when you want to relax and have a drink.

There are Other table seats and semi-private tatami mat seats. It has a slightly luxurious feel and a calm atmosphere like a small Teppan-yaki restaurant. Since I went alone, I was guided to a counter seat! The menu mainly consists of "Hiroshima Okonomiyaki" and "chanchanyaki" made with "miso" and "meat". There are Other dishes that go well with alcohol. For the "noodles" of "Hiroshima Okonomiyaki", you can choose "Okinawa Soba noodles" or "Hiroshima noodles". I've been here a few times, but on this day I ordered the "Akaheru Standard" (780 yen) which includes squid tempura! I wanted the noodles to be as close to the real thing as possible, so I chose the Hiroshima noodles. It seems that squid tempura is the most standard style of Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, and the combination of the slightly chewy dough and the crispy noodles is exquisite. I've never eaten Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, but I'm sure it tastes close to the real thing (^v^) They also serve course meals, so it seems like a good place for large drinking parties. It's one of the few (or is it the only?) restaurants in the Chubu region where you can eat Hiroshima Okonomiyaki, so it's a very useful place!
