いきなり横道に逸れるのですが、モントレ沖縄内にはバーベキューはあるのですが、焼肉屋さんは有りません。
周囲に焼肉の人気店が三軒ほど有るかららしいのですが、この「琉球の牛」さんが周囲での一番人気のようです。
モントレのスタッフも、タクシーの運転手さんも同意見でした。週末は殆ど予約出来ないし、予約なしだと開店1時間前くらいから並ばないと厳しい…みたいに言われたので、相当の人気なのでしょう。
実際、店内の3分の1くらいは予約していないお客を入れるようですが、整理券制度になっていました。
たまたま私達が沖縄に来た時は台風直撃していた時だったので客足も少なく、幸運にもすんなり入れましたけど(；´∀｀)
店内はお洒落感が強く、焼肉ダイニングと言った雰囲気ですね。
余談ですが、壁に本格炭火焼肉と書いてあるのに、テーブルは無煙ロースターなのが個人的に面白かったです（笑）
価格帯は一皿2千円程度。結論を先に書いてしまうとサシを楽しむ系のお肉が多く、赤身系はほぼ無し。上ロースがここまでサシ入っているのは、好きな人を選ぶはず。
それと…このお肉、大半が冷凍だと思います。別に不味くはないし、敬遠するほどでは有りませんが、県外から観光に来た旅行客が1時間待って食べるお店では決してないですよ。
肉質も味付けも叙々苑くらいなので、ここでわざわざ食べなくても…という感想ですね。
それと、一皿一人前で作り置きをしているのか、二人前を頼むと二皿来るのでテーブルがどんどん狭くなります。
