Make a reservation and enter from 18:00. I was able to get in easily on Friday without making a reservation. (It's still a good idea to make a reservation, as there are some preparations to be made.) There are dishes unique to Okinawa, and the sashimi platter included rare fish such as irabucha. There was a sanshin live performance from 7pm, and the atmosphere was great! It was a very satisfying time for me as a tourist.
