満足な朝食ブッフェ「シーフォレスト ホテルモントレ沖縄 スパ＆リゾート 」
ホテルモントレ沖縄スパ＆リゾートに泊まって，
翌日の朝食は隨縁亭かシーフォレストから選びます。
隨縁亭は前日夕食をとっているので，シーフォレストにしました。
お店の前に着いてみると，人が待ってる！
名前と人数を告げて，５分くらい待って入店しました。
店内は天井が高くて素敵です。
第一弾取ってきました。
サラダは，水菜，コーン，わかめなど。
パンも美味しそうだったので頂きました。
クロワッサンとチョコレート入りのパンです。
甘いパンプキンスープ。
美味しかったのがこれです，シェフが作ってくれるオムレツ。
シェフが作るオムレツって，中身選べるところ多いですが，
これはすべてプレーン。
その代わり，ソースが何種類か選べます。
鮭のクリームソース，美味しい
待ち時間が短くて済むので，ソースで差別化するのいいと思います。
ドリンクは，のむおっぱヨーグルトとマンゴージュース。
ホテルカレーに福神漬け。
蜂蜜入りブランマンジェに，酸味のあるパッションフルーツのソース，美味しい
ローズヒップ＆ハイビスカスティーも頂きました。
ちなみに，食事中のテーブルには「食事中」のプレートが置かれます。
帰る際は裏返して下さいと言われていたので裏返すと，
本日のウチナ～グチが！
面白いです。
美味しかったなあ。

ホテルモントレ沖縄スパ＆リゾートに宿泊。夜は5階のシーフォレストでバイキングです。
マンゴージュース、かぼちゃのスープ、もずく酢、スパム玉子握り、イカとサーモンの握り寿司、シェフが目の前で揚げてくれる天ぷらは、海老とかぼちゃ、ゴーヤにハイビスカス塩をつけて頂きました。
海老のチリソースも。
サラダは、レタス、人参、海藻、フライドオニオン、モッツァレラチーズなど。
シェフが目の前で焼いてくれるステーキにバーベキューソース、野菜はパプリカ、ズッキーニ、ポテト。
パッションフルーツジュース、カレーライス。
デザートも頂きました。ブレンドコーヒー、バニラアイスクリーム、チョコレートアイスクリーム。
一口サイズの紫芋タルト、クレームブリュレ。胡桃のタルト、胡桃ザクザクで美味しいです。
美味しくて満足でした。ご馳走さまです❗️
