目の前で作ってくれるオムレツが絶品‼︎
普段は朝食を抜くことが多いのですが、旅行でさらにビュッフェとなると話は別です。
夕食もしっかり食べているのですが・・・（笑）
料理のラインナップは前回とほとんど変わっていません。
目の前で作ってくれるのは日替りで１日目はオムレツ、２日目はパンケーキでした。
どちらも出来立てなので美味しかったです。
あと、これも前回と同じなのですが、沖縄焼きそばとゴーヤチャンプルが美味しかったです。
ドリンクコーナーにはおっぱ牛乳が！
これは前回はなかったっ思います。
朝６時台はまだ外が薄暗く、海もまだよく見えないのですが、７時を過ぎ、日が昇って明るくなるとエメラルドグリーンの海が姿を現します。
この景色が最高のご馳走だと感じます。

宿泊したホテルの朝食で利用しました。
朝の7時過ぎに行きましたが、既にウエイティング状態でした。
名前と人数を伝えて店の前で待っていると、10分程で案内されました。
ビュッフェ式になっていて、和洋、そして地元沖縄料理と豊富にありました。
中でも、目の前で作ってくれるオムレツが絶品でした。オムレツはプレーンか具の入ったタコス風味が選べ、タコス風味をお願いしました。流石プロ！と言いたくなる程慣れた手つきで作ってくれました。
他に美味しかったのは、沖縄焼きそばとゴーヤチャンプル。ゴーヤチャンプルは結局沖縄滞在中にここでしか食べなかったけれど、満足のいくものでした。
飲み物は定番な物から、マンゴージュース、グァバジュース、シークワーサージュースと南国っぽい物までありました。コーヒーマシンは2台あり、相方には不評でしたが、深煎りのタイプの物があり個人的には満足でした。
あと、何と言っても目の前にタイガービーチが広がり眺望は最高でした。

I used it for breakfast. I personally like this breakfast All-you-can-eat buffet, and I used it again this time at my request. First of all, the view is amazing. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and eating breakfast while watching the sun rise is irresistible. However, the taste of the food is not particularly delicious. You can also see that they use a lot of ready-made products, such as frozen foods. What I like is that there is a large selection of items and that you can eat dishes that give you a taste of Okinawa. We arrived around 6:30, and about 80% of the seats were already occupied. There was a wait after 7 o'clock, but I thought it was great that you could take your order from your hotel room. It's been 4 years since I last used it, but the big difference from last time was that there was no longer live cooking. Previously, the chef would make omelettes and Pancakes in front of you on a daily basis, allowing you to enjoy freshly made omelets and pancakes. Instead, this time, butterfly pea tea, vinegar, and fresh banana juice were newly added to the tortillas and drinks. This fresh banana juice was my favorite, along with the food I ate that day. The Okinawan menu included Rafute, Mozuku Vinegar, Okinawa Salt Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), Okinawa Soba, Shima Rakkyo, Dragon Fruit, and Mango. The children usually don't eat breakfast much, but on this day they ate rice, bread, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), Pancakes, and even cake after dinner. I also ended up eating a lot. Lastly, I won't go into details, but I was very impressed with the staff's response. It was so wonderful that I sent him a letter and email. I would like to stay at this hotel again and try Restaurants as well.
