修学旅行ぶりの沖縄。
当時たべた沖縄そば(ソーキそば)の思い出は
小麦粉の塊を食べているようで、味も薄くて、
あんまり美味しくなかった思い出。
だけど大人になってから食べると
・出汁のきいたスープ
・やわらかくスープとよく絡む麺
・ほろほろのソーキ
・地味だけどいい仕事してるネギと紅生姜
美味しいなあ。
A&Wやアイスクリームで疲れた胃腸に
染み渡る〜。
閉店に近い夕方に訪問したのですが
観光客と地元の人らしきグループが
何組かいらっしゃいました。
