読谷村のホテルのレストランでは味わえない、カジュアルで美味しい料理が堪能できます。
沖縄の素材を活かしたイタリアンの名店。
開放的な店内は、いつも観光客で満員の模様。
ホテルからレンタカーで訪問し、帰りは1000円の代行運転で。
何を頼んでも美味しいので、その日の気分で沖縄っぽい食材の料理を頼めば、ＯＫです。
私は二日連続で訪問してしまいました。
それでも、食べてないメニューはたくさんあり、また訪問したいです。

リーズナブルに地元の食材を楽しめます。
今回、10年ぶりに仕事で沖縄に行くことができまして、ミンタマを再訪。
おいしくてコスパよく、最高です。
人気店からの学びとしては、やはり地元食材の活用と思います。
