沖縄県読谷村のイタリアン。安くてうまい。
近隣リゾートホテル群(日航アリビラ、ロイヤルホテル沖縄残波岬、星のや沖縄、ウザテラス)から車で10分程度の住宅地にあります。
「グランディスタイル沖縄読谷」目の前。
休日夜に来店しテーブルは満席。人気店なので予約必須。駐車場あり。
あぐー豚ロースグリル(税込1880円)、カルボナーラ(税込1000円)、アーサーとしらすのピザ(税込980円)を注文。
あぐー豚は強めの旨味がつけてあり非常に美味しい。京味由来の店で魚に強く感じる謎の旨味と全く同じ旨味に感じました(笑) 低温調理してるのでしょうか断面はほんのりピンク色。
カルボナーラは濃厚で標準的な味で美味しい。ピザは磯の香り満点で美味しい。
下手なホテルで食べるよりもずっと安くて美味しくて嬉しい！
ただし満席だった来店当日は人手不足になってました。
一生懸命働いてるし店員さんの愛想も良いから不満は一切ありませんが相当忙しそうで、最初の料理(ピザ)が来るまで相当待ちました。
すぐ作れる前菜を1品頼むと良さそう。
空いてるときに来るか、料理が来るまでお酒飲みながら時間つぶしできる人ならオススメの店です。
