月曜日の18:30に予約して訪問。
古民家風の建物を改築しているようなお店です。
所々にこだわっているようにお見受けします。
トイレもお金かけてるなぁ…
オーナーさんとアルバイトの子2人で切り盛りされていました。
前菜、ピザ、パスタ、注文。
ペースに合わせてお料理を提供してくれます。
あおさとしらすのピザ
しらすが焼いているのにふっくら！それに加えて生地が美味しい！端まで美味しい！
カラスミパスタ
麺はアルデンテ、カラスミの塩味海ぶどうの食感
たまりません！
モツ煮のパスタ
太いパスタがソースと絡んで美味しい！
モツ 全く臭みがない！旨い！
丁寧な仕事が伝わってきます！
食器にも気を使われている気が素人ながらにも伝わってきます。
