読谷村で大人気のイタリア食堂「ミンタマ」さん。
予約の電話をするといつも満席と言われて久しく行けてなかったのですが、今回、なんとか久々に取れたんで、会社仲間と行ってきました( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
最後に行ったのは、正確には思い出せないのですが、多分４〜５年前でしょうか。
琉球古民家をリノベしたような外観、店内ともに、相変わらず癒やしの空間は健在でやっぱ良いな〜と思いながら入店(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡
すると、満席と言われていた店内は案外空いてて、あれ？座席につきメニューを見て、また、あれれ？？
こんなにメニュー少なかったかな(・・?
少ないメニュー内容も、ピザやパスタなどのイタリア料理だけに変わってて…びっくり
こちらのソーメンチャンプル好きだったのになあ｡:ﾟ(;´∩`;)ﾟ:｡
お店のサービスや雰囲気もなんだか以前と違う印象で何かあったのかもとさえ…(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)がんばれミンタマ❢♥

やはり料理人の方が辞めてしまわれたそうです
